If you want to watch Gakuen alice with english subs youtube has the episodes from 1-15! If you understand chinese or want to watch it even though you don't understand you can watch the further episodes as well on youtube(though they have a watermark)
Naisho subs will probably have more episodes available in the future, if you just wait.
