Gakuen Alice

Gakuen Alice is an anime about students have Alices, these alice's are basically powers that they have that normal kids do not. When the story begins it about two friends Mikan and Hotaru. Hotaru goes to new school but Mikan gets lonely without Hotaru and goes to visit her, but when Mikan arrives she finds out that the schools students are not allowed to have any visitors. Later though she does run into a teacher who's ability is to sort of charm people and natsume who's trying to escape from the school his ability is fire. The teacher she runs into tries to use his "charm" on Mikan but for some reason it has no effect. The teacher senses that she might have an alice and enrolls her in the school. Later they find out that Mikan has the nullification alice with the ability to stop/to cut off other people's alices.
